VBall at Freeman Academy...
Varsity Only... Administration from Marion and FA both want to restrict attendance at our games. We are going to use a ticket system. Each player from each team gets 4 tickets and each coach gets 2 tickets. There will be 100 tickets left at the gate for the general public. These will be first come first served. Students will not need a ticket to get in but they need to sit in the designated student section. That section is for students in grades 7-12. Younger students will need to sit with their family. Bleachers will be marked with X’s that are six feet apart. People can sit with their family but we ask others to maintain that distance. Masks are required when people come into the gym, when they are at the concession stand, and when they are in the hallways. Masks won’t be required in the gym when spacing is maintained. We recommend students wear masks in the student section.
In between the last JH game and the V game, we will empty the gym and disinfect with our misters. It only takes 5 minutes for it to dry. We will ask the V teams to wait in the locker rooms until that is done. After that, they can start their warmup.
