Saturday: 1st day of Spring
Sunday: Play practice at 3pm at City Hall

Tuesday: There will be a Student Council meeting at 8:00am on Tuesday, March 23 in Mrs. Fryda’s room.; Smarter Balance testing w/juniors; Spring Sports Pics

Thursday: Elementary School Play 7:30pm
Friday: Smarter Balance testing w/8th graders

- Mark’s Photographic Images will take Spring Sports/Activity photos on Tuesday, March 23rd at 1 pm. You may pre-order and pre-pay online at the following link. - FUN Event this Sunday night in Menno at the HS gym….Menno’s FCA group is hosting an evening of fellowship and food for students, parents and anyone interested. Ken Winterstein is spearheading this and there will be supper catered by Famous Dave’s (free). Ken needs an approximate number of those interested in attending. Sign- up sheet is on the desk by the lunch room.
- The following people have books that are due in the library today/thurs. Please take care of this today: Kailin Odens, Kenney Kubal, Natalie Richmond(2), Rylee Conrad, Allisyn Baker, Kennedy Bietz, Makayla Friederich, Annabelle Hlavac and Pun Wongthongham.
- Now through March 18th, there is a competition with Menno to see who can donate the most for their local food pantry. Bring in your unused, unexpired nonperishable foods, toiletries, and supplies and drop them off at Miss Fritz's office. The school that donates the most in pounds will win a traveling trophy! CHS Farmers Alliance will also donate 16 cents per pound of donations to the Scotland Food Pantry.
- Farm Safety Day: The Farm Safety Day will be on March 19th at 2pm. If you are interested in being a group leader please sign up here for your group.

- VFW Youth Programs deadlines approaching: ‘Get Excited About Red, White and Blue=ages 6-12---deadline March 31st, Youth America Patriotic Art----March 31, 2021=grades 9-12, Illustrated America----March 31, 2021=Grades 1-8, Youth Groups Supporting Our Veterans-------April 1, 2021=Youth Groups

- The Hutchinson Conservation District is looking for summer employees to help with planting trees, laying fabric, and other odd jobs in Hutchinson County. Must be 16 years of age or older. Contact hutchcd@gwtc.net for more information.
