Saturday: PROM 4 p.m. Good Sam Grand March by the dining windows-when finished head to the gym for prom pictures (Julie Walloch, Country N More)

- 10:30p.m. Change clothes/gather things to leave for Air Madness, Harrisburg,SD
- 11p.m. After Prom begins-Depart for Harrisburg
- 12:30-3:30a.m. After Prom
- 3:30a.m. depart for Scotland
NEXT Week: Work Week April 19th - 23rd is the South Dakota Week of Work for grades 6-12. Students can attend webinars, watch videos, and connect with professionals from every career field. Access the materials at weekofwork.sd.gov, or visit with Miss Fritz for more info. ***NO HATS!***
Monday: When I Grow Up Day – dress as your first childhood job idea; MS TR at Wagner leave at 1:15,
Tuesday: Dress Like Your Folks Day – dress as a parent or family member’s job; IMPACT Testing at 7:30am w/NEXT year’s 7th graders; Chapter Meeting: The next FFA chapter meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 20th at 7:15am; HS TR at Tyndall leave at 12:30, JV/MS Golf Scotland & Avon
Wednesday: College Spirit Day – wear your favorite college gear/colors; IMPACT Testing at 7:30am w/NEXT year’s 9th graders; Student Council Blood Drive noon-5:30; Donations NEEDED --Student Council Blood Drive in the community room from 12:30-5:30pm; Softball meeting in community room at 7:30pm
Thursday: Professional Day – dress as a career you’re interested in; IMPACT Testing at 7:30am w/NEXT year’s 11th graders; Earth Day
Friday: “Dream” Job Day – pajama day; HS Golf Burke/Gregory
- The following people have overdue books in the library today/Fri. Please take care of this ASAP: Eli Soukup, Rylee Conrad, Allisyn Baker, Kennedy Bietz, and Zoe Steinberg.
- Students who will be in grades 7, 9, and 11 next school year (2021-2022) and new students to the district who plan on going out for athletics must go through the ImPact testing. This is a baseline test which is used concerning concussion testing. This test (done in the computer lab near the library). Erin Odens, physical therapist at Landmann-Jungman Memorial Hospital, will be conducting the test. Parent permission slips will be given to the students and must be brought to the school on the testing date. It is very important that you show up on these dates.
- Any FFA member who has CDE study or practice materials, please return them to Ms. Kaufmann by April 23rd.
- It is time to take out petitions for the 2021-2022 Student Council offices. Petitions can be picked up from Mrs. Fryda and petitions are due to Mrs. Fryda by 3:00pm on Friday, April 23. Elections for officers will be held during first period on Thursday, April 29, during class meetings.
- EMPLOYMENT opportunities: The Hutchinson Conservation District is looking for summer employees to help with planting trees, laying fabric, and other odd jobs in Hutchinson County. Must be 16 years of age or older. Contact hutchcd@gwtc.net for more information.
- Scotland Youth Center is looking for high school students (16 years or older) to work at the Youth Center next school year. This is a paid position. Contact Kim Abbink at the Youth Center if you are interested.
