Tuesday: Pep Rally 3pm…dismiss cheerleaders & band at 2:50; GOOD Luck to our Lady Highlanders in VBall Region Quarter Finals—Scotland vs Alcester-Hudson @ Emery, 7:30pm (or 25 minutes after the 6pm match)
Wednesday: State Officer Zoom Visit: The State Officers will be visiting via Zoom this year on Wednesday, November 4th. If you do not have class with Ms. Kaufmann this semester and would like to be a part of the activities, stop and talk to Ms. Kaufmann.
Thursday: There will be a Student Council meeting at 7:50am on November 5th in Mrs. Fryda’s room; Jackrabbit Invite: The LDE contest being held via Zoom is on Thursday, November 5th. Teams/individuals, please make sure you have practiced with Ms. Kaufmann. Check your emails for a document of competition times and expectations.;

Friday: FBall Semi Finals
- The following people have books that need to be taken care of today/Tues. in the library: Tea Atkinson, Katelyn Jonas, Natalie Richmond, Bret Stephenson, Jenna Vitek and Nicholas Harrington.
- District LDEs and District Officer Apps: The District LDE Contest will be held on Monday, November 16th. If you are interested in applying for a District Officer position that night, please let Ms. Kaufmann know you provide you with the application.
- FFA Meeting: The next FFA meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 18th at 7:15am.
- Fruit Sales: Continue to sell and record the fruit sales online and on the paper. All sales are due on November 12. A delivery conflict has arisen with the company. The new delivery date is Thursday, December 3rd.
- Junior Herdsman: The Security State Bank Junior Herdsman Project selects two 7th or 8th graders to receive 5 bred heifers each. The recipients chosen get the use of the cattle for 5 years, then return the equal value of the cattle to the program. Deadline to apply is December 1st, 2020.
- Veteran’s Day Program at 9:00am on Wednesday, November 11
- Pop Tabs: It is a competition to see who can collect the most pop tabs between October 5th, 2020 and March 1st, 2021. The winning group (either the elementary, middle school, or high school) will be announced after FFA Week. High schoolers please bring tabs to Ms. Kaufmann’s room. Middle schoolers please take the tabs to Mrs. Haase’s room. Elementary to Patty’s office.
